Depending on the manufacturer, a COVID-19 vaccine can require either one dose or two doses. When you’re eligible, you may schedule your first and second doses online. Check back for updates on additional information.

Can I walk-in for a COVID-19 vaccine?

COVID-19 vaccines are by appointment only. Visit TAKE CARE PHARMACY to make an appointment.

How do I schedule an appointment with Take Care pharmacy currently offering COVID-19 vaccines?

  • Sign up and register as a new user
  • Take an eligibility assessment
  • If you’re eligible, enter zip code to find a location near you
  • Click confirm to book your appointment
  • Print or email voucher to your email address

You will receive an email confirmation once you schedule your appointment.

If I don’t meet the eligibility guidelines, can I still make a profile?

Yes. You will be able to maintain your profile with the same username, password and email address which can be used to schedule an appointment when you become eligible for the vaccine.

Can I use the same email for myself and an elderly family member?

Yes. Each person scheduling an appointment must register and create a new user account, but they can assign the same email address to multiple accounts.

Is the COVID-19 vaccine free?

Yes. COVID-19 vaccines are provided and administered at no cost to any eligible person. Please bring your voucher at the time of your appointment. The pharmacy may collect insurance information to bill administration fees. If you don’t have insurance, you won’t be billed for these fees.

How do I reprint my voucher?

Log in to TAKE CARE PHARMACY and select an option to email or print the voucher.

How do I schedule my second dose?

If you receive a vaccine that requires a second dose, the pharmacist will schedule the appointment for you after you receive the first dose.

What happens if I miss my first dose?

Your appointment will be canceled, and you will need to schedule another appointment.

How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

  • Go to the section in the left column of the home page: COVID-19 Vaccine Assessment
  • Click on “Cancel Appointment Time”
  • Select “Yes” on “Are you sure you want to cancel this appointment?” option

Why don’t I see any available appointments in the scheduler?

If you don’t see appointments available, check back soon. Appointment availability is posted three days in advance on a continuous basis. You will be able to see what appointment are available per day for a max of three to seven days out. A store will not show up in a search if there are no appointments available.

If there are no appointments at my nearby pharmacy, can I get added to a waitlist?

Your pharmacy may have a waitlist and you can find details on their website. You may still register your account via TAKE CARE PHARMACY   even if appointment is not available or you do not meet current criteria.

Can I schedule an appointment by phone?

No. Appointments can only be scheduled through TAKE CARE PHARMACY  . Contact the pharmacy for additional assistance.

What safety measures will Take Care Pharmacy be taking when administering COVID-19 vaccines?

Take Care pharmacy will follow CDC safety guidelines including, wearing protective personal equipment while administering the vaccinations.
